Lakefield Campground Infrastructure

The Township of Selwyn is requesting bids for the Lakefield Campground Infrastructure project. In general, the Work consists of

Tree Preservation
Removal of existing meter within the chamber and installation of a new water meter and backflow preventer within the building
Removals and abandonment of existing water services
Remove and replace 100mm water main, lot service taps and hydrants to the designated locations
Remove and replace sanitary lateral services including cleanouts for designated lots
Remove existing sanitary sewer main segments and install new sanitary sewer utilizing a combination of existing and new structures
Upgrade access and concrete receiving platform at the existing sanitary dumping station
Asphalt and gravel road, gravel driveway, and topsoil and seed (sod provisional) landscaping restoration
