Water & Wastewater charges in Woodland Acres are included on the Interim and Final Property Tax Notices.
Effective in 2022, the capital charges (cost of the infrastructure installation) was paid in full, leaving only the annual operating charge. Property owners were advised of this change in September 2021.
Operating Charges can be found under the "Special Charges" section of the Interim and Final Property Tax Notices and the amounts are updated annually based on the approved budget:
