Notice of Study Completion - Ward Street

Peterborough County has completed an Environmental Assessment (EA) to study alternatives for the reconstruction of Ward Street in the settlement area of Bridgenorth due to the removal of the Bridgenorth bypass proposal from Peterborough County’s Transportation Plan. The project has been completed as a Schedule ‘C’ Class EA in accordance with the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment. The study area includes Ward Street (CR18) from Champlain Road to the James Gifford Causeway (CR14).

The Environmental Study Report (ESR) is available for review on our website for a 30-day review period following the issuance of this notice.

Interested individuals can reach out to Peterborough County's Engineering & Construction Division, or its consultant, Engage Engineering Ltd., for further information or to provide written comments.
