Details:
Any person or public body may appeal the By-law to the Ontario Land Tribunal by filing with the Clerk of the Township of Selwyn not later than the 10th day of January 2025 a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the By-law and the reasons in support of the objection. A copy of an appeal form is available from the OLT website at olt.gov.on.ca.
