There are no current tax sales.
According to the provisions of the Municipal Tax Sales Act, the municipality is authorized to proceed with Tax Registration on properties if taxes remain unpaid for three or more years.
The Township offers an Arrears Management Pre-Authorized Payment Plan as an option to develop a property tax payment program that can help you keep your property out of a position of tax sale.
